StrategyPlanner is an organization strategy and performance management tool based on the popular Balanced Scorecard Strategy Management methodology. StrategyPlanner enables you to define your organization's vision, mission and strategies. You are able to map your organization strategy into a simple strategy map that can be easily exported and send via email to the people in your organization. In Balanced Scorecard, strategies are further dissected into strategic objectives. For each of the strategic objectives, you can define the measures that you can use to gauge your organization's performance in achieving the objectives. Data gathering is key in managing your performance. The app enables to keep track the key people in your organization and the measures managed by those people to facilitate your data gathering.
